Charles Sturt Heritage Watercolour Painting exhibition

The Charles Sturt Heritage Watercolour Series (2026) is a group of nine watercolour paintings depicting various heritage buildings across the Charles Sturt Community. The exhibition is designed to highlight the architectural brilliance within our local community and explores the idea of how this beauty can often be taken for granted in our everyday lives.

As a passionate landscape watercolourist- with a personal connection to Charles Sturt, I wanted to capture the ornamental characteristics present in these structures. It is the purpose of this exhibition that viewers may acknowledge these buildings, perhaps reflect and remind them that beauty surrounds us- all we have to do is stop and look for it.
